LEADERS AND FOLLOWERS: MY CHOICE OF DR. TORNGEE MALU FWACS, FCS, FDAFPRS (STUTTGART, GERMANY)

What do you actually know about leaders and followers? 

Do you know how important it is to have good leadership?

 Have you ever stopped to think what is that makes someone a good leader?

In most cases our tribal and religion play wrong cardinals in our choice of good and excellent leaders.  To that end that even when a candidate is good and is the interest of the masses the so called cabals will fight him. And later round the bad candidate will win as a winner which is against the electorate mandate. Indeed this is total dismay. 

What actually makes a good followership? 

Do you know what makes a follower is, and to what is expected to do? 

What does it means to follow someone? 

How you judge your choice of a good leader?

My choice and take on Dr. Joseph Torngee Malu FWACS, FCS, FDAFPRS (Stuttgart, Germany) is definitely and resolute not tribal nor religion owns, by the way we share different faith and tribe. 

I refused to be a follower that believed based on fallacy and mere saying. Dr. Torngee Malu is a leader that have positive dreams and ideologies that will drives Benue State North-East (Zone A) and entire Benue State to a better place.

My clinical reaction are on the rooted definition of a leader and my place as a follower. What is your role In choosing a leader?

Leadership can also be corrupt. This means that the leaders are not acting in the best interests of the people. Why, because he's not the mandate of the people, rather he was impose on the people and he's working for the interest of few individuals. A corrupt leadership is composed of selfish persons who embezzled money or public funds-ments for his earthly desire and attainment regardless of the predicament or plight of the masses.

Some leaders have death conscience but DR. TORNGEE MALU is a leader with a difference and he's a leader that share in your pains when you are hurt and share in the joy when you are happy.

Followership means,  one who stands behind or supports the person who is the leader. A follower watches his leader and listens to what the leader says. He will behave in a way to do what the leader asks him to do, if your leader is corrupt you will be corrupt and if your leader is kind and people's loving in nature means you too, the follower you are loving type. It's in that regards that the old saying said  "IF YOU DON'T HAVE A MENTOR THEN YOU HAVE A TORMENTOR"

Dr. Torngee Malu is a leader who's eloquent, proactive, trustworthy, reliable, transformative in nature, dedicated, committed, dependable, and above all a friendly leader that is simple down to the earth.

Giving or voting  Dr. Torngee Malu the mandate 2019 is never a waist but it's a dream coming to reality towards right direction at the right time.
